Eustema S.p.A. is strongly committed to the protection of the personal data entrusted to it, ensuring their management and security in accordance with the requirements of the EU Regulation 2016/679 of the EU Parliament and Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter the “GDPR”) and further applicable rules on the protection of personal data.

Eustema S.p.A. in the pursuance of all its purposes, may acquire certain personal data of users/visitors of the website in respect of which it intends to guarantee protection and security in line with the relevant legislation.

In particular, may be acquired information that could make the user / visitor identifiable such as:

  • navigation data resulting from the use of Internet communication protocols and the user’s activity on web pages;
  • data voluntarily provided by the visitor (e.g. in the “Work with us” section or when requesting demos and/or commercial information).

The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to describe how the personal data of users/visitors consulting the website are managed. More detailed information related to each processing operation can be found in the individual disclosures in the “Privacy Notices and Documents” section at the end of this page.

DATA CONTROLLER AND CO-OWNERS

The Data Controller of the personal data provided through the website www.eustema.it is Eustema S.p.A. (hereinafter referred to as “Eustema” or the “Company”) with registered office in Rome at via Carlo Mirabello nr. 7, TAX CODE and VAT NUMBER no. 05982771007 contactable at the e-mail address: <privacy@eustema.it>.

The Data Controller, for some treatments, will be supported by the company Eustema S.p.A. with registered office in Rome at Via Carlo Mirabello nr. 7, CF and P. IVA 15957891003, which will act as Joint Data Controller. The Joint Data Controllers EUforLEGAL S.r.l. and Eustema S.p.A. have indeed stipulated a co-ownership agreement concerning the data processing according to art. 26 of the GDPR. An extract of the agreement of co-ownership for the treatment of personal data is made available upon request by sending an e-mail to the address <privacy@eustema.it>.

Eustema S.p.A. has also appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO), as provided for in Article 37 of the GDPR, who cooperates with the Data Protection Authority and is the point of contact, also with respect to data subjects, for matters related to the processing of personal data. MODE OF PROCESSING

Personal data are processed for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. The Data Controller takes appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or deletion of Personal Data. The processing is carried out by means of computer and/or telematic tools, with organizational methods and logics strictly related to the indicated purposes. In addition to the Owner and/or the Co-owner, in some cases, personal data may be processed by individuals appointed as data processors, as well as by individuals appointed as authorized persons in charge of the processing in charge of managing the requested service.

PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING OF COLLECTED DATA

Personal Data are collected by the Data Controller to allow the proper functioning of the website or to facilitate the user’s navigation, for legitimate interest or to provide its services. STORAGE PERIOD

The Data are processed and stored for the time required by the purposes for which they were collected and as detailed in the different information notices in the section at the bottom of this page (section “Privacy Notices and Documents”).

RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS

You can exercise your rights in any moment (art. 15 GDPR:

  • Right of Access: you have the right to access your Personal Data held in order to verify whether the Personal Data is processed in accordance with the law.
  • Right to Rectification: You have the right to obtain the rectification of any inaccurate or incomplete information in order to ensure the accuracy of such information in accordance with the purposes of the processing.
  • Right to Erasure: you have the right to request that the Data Controller and/or Co-Processor erase Your information and no longer process such data in the cases provided for by the GDPR.
  • Right to Restriction of Processing: you have the right to request that the Data Controller and/or the Joint Data Controller limits the processing of the Data.
  • Right to Data Portability: you have the right to receive in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format Your Personal Data and to transmit such Data to another Data Controller.
  • Right to object to processing: you have the right to object to the processing of Your Data in the cases provided for by the GDPR, at any time and without having to justify your decision.
  • Right not to be subjected to automated decision-making processes: you have the right not to be subjected to a decision based solely on automated processing of your Data, including profiling, which produces legal effects against you or significantly affects you in a similar way.
