Code of ethicsand Model 231

The Eustema Group adopts an organizational, management and control model (Model 231) aimed at preventing all possible unlawful acts contemplated by Legislative Decree 231/01 and at removing promptly any risk situation, as a warranty of legality and transparency which characterize the company’s activities.

Eustema also requires its employees and all other parties involved in the company’s activities to comply with the company’s Code of Ethics, which integrates the provisions of the organizational model.

In order to ensure compliance with the principles set out in the organizational model and in the Code of Ethics, a Supervisory Body has been set up and provided with significant autonomy. It has the task of reporting any breaches and ensuring that the documentation is constantly updated.
